Arbroath United v NVT Poloc at Lochlands.
United again gave a good team performance in defeating Falkland and now have their first opportunity of securing one of the six promotion places when they entertain NVT Poloc.    Poloc, who defeated Penicuik last week, for their part are currently in seventh place and will be looking to further close the gap on Stirling County.    Poloc are the last team to defeat United when they won off the last ball of the match in a rain affected game.   This National league first division fixture commences at 1.00pm and is sponsored by Derek McNulty.

Strathmore v Arbroath United at Lochside.
For the second successive week the bottom four teams in the Dukes Strathmore & Perthshire Premier Division won their fixtures which leaves United still in tenth position.    There are however now seven teams in the relegation battle with only 6% the difference between DHSFP’s in fourth place and United. This week, United travel to Forfar to meet Strathmore, who although losing narrowly to DHSFP’s last week are comfortably in third position.

Arbroath United X1 v Glendelvine at Lochlands.
Following a series of defeats on their travels United will be hoping for a change in fortunes in their first home fixture since 16^th May.    Glendelvine have made steady progress to third place in the league and in their last fixture dismissed Strathmore X1 for 24. This Dukes Strathmore & Perthshire second division fixture starts at 1.00pm
